The integration of APIs and the construction of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards are for internal operational use only at Bunji.

2. Limitation of Use

• The dashboards and the processed data shall not be used for public purposes, commercialization, licensing, or offering analytical services to third parties.
• The collected information will be used exclusively for internal decision-making, performance reporting, and process optimization.

3. Ownership Rights

• Bunji retains all rights over the structure, architecture, data models, and generated visualizations.
• Client data used to populate dashboards remains the property of each respective client and will be handled under strict confidentiality agreements.

4. Responsibility

Bunji is committed to ensuring the secure, ethical, and controlled use of the information.

However, unauthorized use or disclosure caused by third parties falls outside Bunji’s liability scope, although immediate corrective actions will be taken if any incidents occur.

5. Modifications

Bunji reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be promptly communicated to the involved teams.
